We are so in LOVE with this steak marinade! It does its best work with thawed steaks so make sure to pull them out of the freezer and put them in the fridge the night before you're ready to devour them.
Steak is a luxury. What I mean is not many people get to eat a delicious steak very often so when steak is on the menu, let's make the most of it.
If you didn't know, the fat woven within the steak is called the marbling (the white mixed in with the red) and the marbling is what gives steak it's great reputation. We use this simple marinade to enhance the marbling throughout the entire steak so that each bite is a savory as the last.
A tip for when you're grilling, always let your meat rest for 5-10 minutes after taking it off the grill. You'll be glad you did!
